I arrived in Newport Beach, Ca on Saturday (My parents and I flew down Saturday morning) We checked in to the Marriot Villas and they are just absolutely amazing! My parents have two condos, I'm in one with them but I have my own suite, bedroom with walk in closet, couch (pullout) and a bathroom and soaking tub. We share a big kitchen, dining room and living room and my parents have their own suite with a bigger bathroom and bedroom/sitting room. The resort has a huge cabana with concierge, rec room, market, 3 pools, huge hot tub, big huge bar by the pool, kid area with a lifesize chess set, pool tables, ping pong tables, and it all overlooks the ocean. then down by the lower buildings is a wading pool and a fourth pool. we're right across the street from Crystal Cove State Park which is this huge beach with hikes and views and beautiful sunsets and TONS of nature to see! Sunday we chilled and took a drive and watched the superbowl and then played games all night and today we went to Crystal Cove State park and also to Balboa Island and then took the ferry back off to fun zone. Tomorrow we're supposed to go to Balboa Island to shop! I can't wait!
