We went to thanksgiving in Yakima with my moms side of the family (ALL of us!) and in the afternoon we went out to some family friends who have a big hoohah at a gym (9 kids, their kids and the grandkids means you rent a gym to do thanksgiving) anyway, it was fun to see everyone but the thing that caught my eye that I just have to share is. Their family each writes two things they're thankful for and they are made into the little table tents for the tables. I was sitting next to one that just made me melt.
She wrote that she was thankful for a husband that hangs the moon and two sons who shoot for it.
Couldn't you just die! Oh what a lucky lucky lady!
Keith, Mikayla, Mom, Dad and I went over the pass yesterday morning and back last night to get Keith up to work (his store opened at midnight last night, yes that is miserable!) We had a blast seeing all the family and playing some cards, eating too much and Mikayla worked her magic on the family. Boy is she loveable. ;) It was a great day. Today I got up, did some shopping and came here to work. Mikayla is with my mom today, they've been having lots of fun (they're making cookies right now) and this afternoon we're going to paint some pottery to kick off the christmas season!
It's the most wonderful time of the year!
