I forgot I had some of the muscles that are hurting!

I have muscles that I forgot I even had that are YELLING at me today. Man. Keith and I hit the gym again last night. I hit the treadmill for 35 minutes and he did some weights and the eliptical. He's on track!

We're both getting ready to start weightwatchers later this week. I was on it about a year ago and after talking to Keith we've said that we want to work on healthier eating habits and this is how we're going to do it.
