28 hours and counting!

The big open house here at work is tommorrow. I'm under the gun, working with a caterer that I have never even met makes me nervous, I haven't seen the floral yet and due to a huge interview for a new job we're trying to get with a local school district the office is in shambles, people are busy and stressed.

I'm a little freaked right now.

Oh and the wine isn't here yet either and it was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago (but the driver broke his hand on the job that day)

There are some signs that this event is going to happen though.

1. My office is full of rubbermaid tubs with beer in them waiting for the ice that will be delivered tomorrow between 10-noon

2. Matthew in our office is currently tacking up the timeline of the building/company that I spent a solid week researching (ever been to the special collections department of the Suzzolo library at UW? AND the Puget Sound Regional Archives? all in one week?) So that is exciting to see it all laid out and beautiful!

3. The gift baskets are JUST about done. Just waiting for a treat from Salumi and then we'll cellophane them up!

4. My boss and partner in crime Denise arrives in the morning tomorrow for our meeting with the property managers. Cannot wait to see her and put her to work!

Still to do? nametags to make, 100 of bottles of wine to get tags on them and out presentable, set up with the caterer and florist, general clean up and other fun things.

Oh and figure out what the heck I'm going to wear tomorrow!
