Every year we take the girls that finished their AWANA books on a grand adventure aka BOOK FINISHERS! This year we hosted the ladies for a teddy bear tea party (I work with some AMAZING women who were VERY creative and threw quite a shindig. The girls had tea or punch in their own china cups, they had little treats and to end it they had a chocolate fountain with all the treats!
Look! I taught them all "pinkies up" totally funny to watch.
We then took them to the mall to build a bear where they each got to build a bear and get an outfit, the girls were excited that our friend Miss Lauren was working at build a bear and got to help us do our party! She made us dance, she had them singing and pretty much eating out of her hand.
We then headed back to the church where most of their parents were waiting for their angelic faces.
Congrats girls! You guys worked so hard this year and I hope the reward was fun for you!
