I owe you all SO many things so I'm starting with this one... in September we had the priveledge of house/kid sitting for the Russells, I have to give CRAZY props to Keith who worked out his schedule so he could spend a ton of time with them during the week and then I had the whole troop on the weekend.
In discussions we found out that they hadn't seen the wizard of oz so I thought we could have a fun Saturday afternoon/evening with treats and the movie and boy did we!

Keith made it just in time to enjoy ruby red pepper slices with emerald city ranch dip!

The yellow brick road with witches broom sticks, ruby red peppers with emerald city dip, lions and tigers and bears animal crackers, green witch face gatorade, follow the rainbow skittles and lollypop guild lollypops (please let me say here that we'd had dinner already! I didn't feed these kids junk food all night, just for movie time)
The kids and I had a blast making signs, setting everything up and then going crazy on the junk food!
So the group concensus? not big wizard of oz fans, some thought it was kinda scary others critiqued the special effects. ha! but we had a fun day planning and perfecting!
