Last night I went on the hunt for my elusive ribbon... You see in making my invitations I stumbled on this awesome offset black and white plaid ribbon that just laid PERFECT on the invitations and wouldn't you know that I had only grabbed one spool of it and when I went back to Michaels they were out. Life is just not fair sometimes! So, last night I went hunting. I went to the Everett Michaels, I went to Jo-Annes, I went to Pacific Fabrics and NO LUCK. so on a whim I went back to the original Lynnwood Michaels and guess what! they had restocked! I bought every spool they had! wohoo!
The most fun for me however was walking into said Michaels and realizing that they were playing.....

My dad the holiday purist would be complaining to the manager about how it isn't even halloween and then it isn't even thanksgiving.... and on and on. I however did a little jig because it means it's even closer to our wedding! yeah!
I also came to the realization that I am trendy wendy herself. The Christmas things they had out are our wedding in a nutshell. Dark and pure reds, lots of greens, and a tiny bit of chartruese to keep it interesting! all while looking rich and regal. Oh Michaels I do love you.

OH!!! I can't wait to come & See everything all together!! I sooo wished that I lived closer or didn't have the kids sometimes so I could come & help you!! so much fun!! Zach was supposed to take a vacation day, but now he can't , so I will be on my own, but I think Sarah is coming alone too & Kara, so that will be fun! I can't wait to see you walk down that Isle!!
