2007 is just about over. year two of my "transition years" in my lifetime. Man did it end well! ;)
God has blessed me so much this year! I'm suddenly a wife, mom, and a homeowner again, all within the year!
I'm so looking forward to 2008, time to get things in order, clean up, clean out, organize, get my family up and running (combining households is SOME fun!)
I have TONS of "resolutions" here's a few...
Get rid of furniture that doesn't fit/work in our space: This means reworking some things to become new things (I hear PROJECT!) such as my grandmothers buffet which I'm in discussions with to turn into a entertainment center with still storage for the dining room. I'm letting go of my grandmothers dining room chairs and the table that almost matches as well, they're just too big for the space. I should have that up on craigslist this coming week. I also have a china hutch to paint and a end of the bed chest to get rid of too. Moving from a BIG house to a condo has it's challenges!
Get in softball form: This to me means working on my fundamentals. Keith is developing a plan now to work in the new gym to work my way up to actually being able to play instead of like now when I go have fun and try to stay out of the way of the actual playing...
Prep for the worlds largest garage sale: This summer I plan on having most of my storage area and things in my condo that are needing purging to be ready for the ultimate garage sale. It's time. if I haven't touched it in a year, I must not need it that badly.
Learn to be married and be a mom: I'm not fooling myself into thinking this can be accomplished in a year but there's always work in this department that I can grow in.
Get my business up and running: Some of you know that I have this idea running around. Well it's time I do something about it. I'm working on a business plan and logo and website design. Hopefully late this year (2008) I'll have the baby out to market. we'll see, this may have to wait a bit.
I'm excited for all this year will hold. So tell me, am I the only one thinking about new fresh things? what are your resolutions?

Be creative more often, read more (actual books, not just blogs.lol.), entertain more and sent more good mail. Basically it's all about connecting with myself and others this upcoming year and celebrating those connections. Best Wishes for your family in 2008!
