We're back from the SNOW!!

oh my stinkin heck was there a TON of snow in Leavenworth! Absolutely beautiful. I have a couple posts about the trip but alas, I left the camera at home so I can't show you all the fun so it will have to wait until tomorrow.

Some highlights...

Mikayla's first time on a sled, the good, the bad, the very ugly. she ended up liking it but the first couple times were not ideal (think careening down a hill with your dad on a plastic sled over BIG bumps)

Mikayla's first meeting with chinese handcuffs. We thought it was funny but she definitely did not. She went into an absolute panic, tears and all. again, we thought it was REALLY funny. we're so mean.

What I ate. yes it deserves it's own post. Keith sent a picture to QUITE a few people stating incorrectly that I had eaten a bavarian feast for two by myself. and also stated that he only ate fries. Anyone that's seen him knows that kid ate more than fries. ;)

Our Slegh Ride in Plain,WA. Totally the most amazing, beautiful 45 minutes ever. Bells on bobtail and snow in trees, wild/domesticated turkeys, a wonderful rotweiler named Bubba (trust me the name fits!) and hot cider and a fire while the kids tore the place up! It was a wonderful end to a fantastic weekend.

Snow, Snow, more snow and hey did I mention.... Snow? I do love the cold fresh air!

Oh yeah and the Seahawks won! After making me sick to my stomach (literally) they pulled it out. Thank the Lord.
