Saturday I met Marina and Mikayla at Cascade middle in Sedro for cheer camp! Mikayla and I (well maybe more me) have been looking forward to this for weeks! She was SO cute! I got her a little navy skooter (skirt/shorts combo) and a patriotic shirt and made her hair ribbon and found actual cheer shoes (clearance at walmart so don't persecute me!) she was hands down the cutest, best dressed cheerleader there.
and it's all about how cute we are right???
We arrived at the school, got her new shoes on and they started up camp with groups, each grade was in a different group with rotating cheerleaders, a set of two would come to the group, teach a cheer, spend some time playing games with them and then they'd swap, two new cheerleaders with another cheer, etc. A total of 5 cheers!
Mikayla wouldn't let the pom poms out of her sight all weekend and we're all really excited to watch her do the cheers at the big 4th of July parade in Sedro Woolley!
