we could be the champions people!!!

I play softball. alot of softball. Keith plays softball. alot of softball. we play together and on our own respective teams and the womens team that I'm on (our church sponsored team) took third place in league (6-4) after years of having fun for years but almost always finishing the season with a losing record. not this year!! WE'RE EXCITED! last night was the first night of playoffs and we won BOTH games! It was just so much stinkin fun!

When I came on the scene there were games every wednesday night without much hope for victory in sight but you you all played it for the fun! The passion and excitement that you all played the game with was evident, although I thought you guys were crazy it was always something to behold. Here is a dedication to you all.

Wednesday games were played for fun
coming out each game under the sun
Now, look what you've done!

some women left some stayed
And the games still got played
playing for fun not getting paid!

this year something diferent was in the air
Beany and Ellen even cut their hair,
kids crying, heads spinning
from all the games you were winning
a sight to see Bonnie cracking the whip
ACC is headed to the championship!

Jen came and Rose to the top
And nita pitched while Lisa brought some POP!
Margaret went on a hitting spree
Tracy still ran fast on a bad knee
Young Kelsey ran down every ball
Kimi got more hits to fall
Andrea smacked some hits to the crowds chants
And Cori hit better than Mr. "hot Pants"

After running through the players roll call
here you are standing tall
just one more thing one more tip
Have fun your in the championship!
