Bread anyone?

Look what I did last night!

My house smells like heaven and I did it ALL in the food processor. Fantastically easy and tons of fun.

Here's the recipe

3 cups BREAD flour

2 TBSP Sugar

1/4 teas salt

1 egg

3 TBSP melted butter

1 packet of RAPID RISE YEAST (.25ounce)

3/4 cup warm water

Put Flour, sugar and salt in food processor, process for 10-15 seconds, then add egg and melted butter and yeast, pulse a couple times then from the feeder tube start adding the water in while the machine runs

In about 30 seconds it will form a ball, continue processing for 60 seconds to knead it.

Take it out and let it rest for 10 minutes on a lightly floured surface

Form into loaf and put in loaf pan, let rise for 45 minutes or until it has doubled in size.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until browned on top and hallow sounding when tapped on bottom.

It's the yummiest, spongiest bread ever. I love it.
