HELP ME!!!

Ok, my boss just asked that I get creative and I'm too dang tired to be TOO creative. He's asked that we really have a nice welcome for our employees this coming monday in the new office. I quickly called the Pioneer Square foundation and they're making welcome packets for the staff (maps, notes on local restaurants, area guide) and Brian is going to get everyone a gift card to the cutest coffee shop right by us but I need something AMAZING to give everyone? any ideas?

1. we're moving from Pike Place to Pioneer Square (one tourist attraction to another)
2. We're moving into a OLD building that we've completely gutted and redone for us
3. it has to be something I can get pretty quick as today is Tuesday and we'll give everyone their welcome on this coming Monday.
4. Everyone is super excited about the new space and the new location so the mood is good.
5. We will all be unpacking Monday so it will be a busy busy day

I have a couple ideas, breakfast treats for sure and goodies in the breakrooms that are special for the day. I'd love to give everyone something with a funny line or our company logo on it and I'm completely capable of making labels, or something of that nature. I'd even etch glass still this week but not sure what I'd give? I have lots of experience with it though! (remember the wedding votives?)

OK! I NEED YOUR HELP! GET CREATIVE ON ME!

This is easy AND cool. Get a ton of those starbucks travel mugs where you can add your own inserts in it. Make it a map of downtown, showing where you were and where you moved, add a plaque with the company logo, and voila! Done. You only have to make one, and then color copy it for the other mugs. Plus, who doesn't like a nice travel mug?

I love Melissa's idea. I was thinking beer mugs since you are by all the bars.... go with Melissa's idea!!

When I set up a new work space I love new things around me. You could put together a gift bag with new pens, white out, scratch pads, paper clips... they make things in so many fun colors now. You could stick to company colors, or go festive for spring.

Love the first idea! I was thinking of a "Day at Work Survival Kit" including the maps/stuff from the new area, a couple of food items, some office supplies in a pencil box or something with your company logo on it. Let us know what you come up with!
