UPDATE on HELP ME!

My boss LOVED the travel mug idea, I hit Starbucks and they're 10.95 a piece, but after looking on the internet have found one on Amazon.com for 7.99 (plus shipping but each starbucks only has 3-5 per store so I am saving HUGE money on running around all over town) we're working on a template and we're putting pictures of the new building start to finish with a big picture of the front of the new space with our logo on it.

Then my boss added a coffee gift card for everyone and the Pioneer Square Business association is making up packets for me and Elliot Bay book company (our next door neighbor) is giving me fliers and coupons for everyone.

I'm then in talks to add some treats, Renee my favorite caterer is doing breakfast trays for us for Monday and we're looking at having them make some cookies and package them for each person and then they have a candy company on site that I just fired off an email to have popcorn brittle made for the staff (that one might be out of the budget though)

Any other bright ideas? I'm getting boxes tomorrow at Packaging specialties for everything and I figure I'll assemble in my down time this weekend (I'm stationed here at the current office this weekend so when things are on their way to the new space I'll have a LITTLE time to work on them)

I'm going to make a tag today to tie onto the boxes with curling ribbon.

Am I missing anything?

Are candles frowned upon or might some sugar cookie scented ones cover that new office smell a tad? I have seen some $1 ones at our local Michael's Craft store in travel tins...

I think it all sounds great. I'm glad my idea worked. Please take a photo of the finished product(s) and packaging (I LOVED going to Packaging Specialties when I lived there) so we can all see it!

Any chance that I could come and help assemble on Saturday?
