I KNEW IT!!! So yesterday I decided we were finally going to take Mikayla for sushi. This kid LOVES shrimp and I knew that if I started her light, she'd find out how fun it is to eat all kinds of japanese food!
We went to Blue C Sushi at Alderwood Mall and let me tell you, while a little pricey, it was AMAZING! Everything comes to you on a conveyor belt that wraps through the restaurant, you can see all kinds of sushi and sashimi and cooked food and make choices by price too!
We tried Ebi Nigiri (my favorite and I knew it would be hers as well) it's a cooked prawn on top of some sushi rice, you dip it in your soy mix and MUNCH! we ate quite a few plates of that one!
Then I let her try vegetable tumpura (keep it non scary and tasty the first time right?) and then we ordered a plate of chicken teriyaki just in case. She loved every bit of it. Blue C has kids chop sticks and she loved them so much that we took a couple of sets home for her to use.
We also ended lunch with a HUGE cream puff, amazingly good.
We'll be back Blue C! what a blast!
