project part II

Sorry, I hoped to have pictures of a complete project but alas, things did not work my way. We had our coaches meeting for spring co-ed softball (our first game is THIS sunday, we're going to FREEZE!) and then we had to make copies of the schedule, get the email out etc. So my project got about an hour of work done but that was it. I got the large circles cut out but need to run by the fabric store and get one more sheet of the lighter cream colored paper as I ran out. Tonight I hope to grab that, measure out my quadrants and glue the circles down, then hang this baby! So cross your fingers that I have time after Awana and that I'm not totally beat tired!

Here's the wall, the plain sad brown wall. My next project is figuring out what to do with my mantle. I currently hate it. I may just run a line of votive holders but I love my willow tree figurine and our sand ceremony vase and the clock but maybe I'll find somewhere else to spotlight some of those things.

What do you think? I ran out of the ivory paper so that sad bottom right corner won't be so lonely tonight.

Fun, Kimi! That is what is so great about this project. It works with any colors, any size canvas, any plain or patterned papers. Yours turned out great!
