Ok, I might be feeling it now...

We hit the gym again last night, I did the stretches, a little less weights last night and then hit the eliptical for 15 minutes and then switched to the treadmill for 22:34 and yes I was that exact. Well really, I stayed on because Keith was still rocking the eliptical. That kid sweat his behind off for 40 minutes on the eliptical! Amazing. So I had to keep up a little.

I'm feeling it this morning.

It'll get better, don't worry. Doctor says - at least 30 minutes of cardio 4 times a week! Days I'm not feeling super ambitious I do the bike. Also, it might be worth looking into a gym that has classes. Then you're peer pressured ;).
